Stewardship Ministry Fair

The Ministry Fair is held one weekend after all Masses in the Parish Center and is sponsored by the Stewardship Council. It is an opporutnity for the ministries of the parish to showcase what their ministry is all about and gives parishioners an opportunity to learn more about them and discover if they have an interest in participating in the many activities of the parish.

Community Service

On November 16, 2013, the Stewardship Council co-sponsored a Community Service Day at the parish with the HS Youth Group. The day was organized to assist with clean-up of some of the parish grounds that were still suffering the affects of “super storm sandy.” The day was a great success! Stewardship Confirmation Night

As in year’s past, the Stewardship Council has partnered with CFC to conduct an event  that introduces our confirmation candidates to the role of Stewardship. This year’s event took place on Monday evening, February 11th in the parish center cafeteria.

The assembly starts with an introduction to what Stewardship is for both the candidates and their parents/guardians. The children then rotate through a number of ministry stations to gain an understanding on what the ministry does and how they can participate as stewards.

The session concludes with the candidates returning to their classrooms to meet with their teachers to discuss and reinforce the role and importance of being good stewards of God.
